For cyber smart we were visited by a lady from Summer learning journey,We have been making a slide about countries I found it hard getting information and I did not find anything easy.Me and Hunter.h were working together.

Teeth

For literacy writing we have been making a dialogue about a short film called Teeth .I found it difficult to make the character and think of what they are saying and really didn't find anything easy.I hope you see it and PLEASE COMMENT

Summer Learning Journey 2018-2019

I am looking forward to learning more about the sustainability of the earth I don't know much about the land,sea or air I am very keen to learn more and I really hope my scores go up.If I won I hope  I get a Nerf gun,Pogo stick or a beyblades.

For health this term we have been learning about Personal Hygiene we have trying to make a slide about how to brush your teeth for 3-5 year old's.I have been working in a group with Hunter.H and drew I found it challenging to make the characters I don't think I found anything easy.

For literacy this week we have been writing about a video the teachers made .

Science-Change

Science - Change

For science today we have been learning about science we had two reacts the  reacts are vinegar and baking .First he put 1/3 of vinegar in a bottle than he put two tea spoons of baking soda than he put the coak on than the coak exploded to the sealing.

Water Cycle

This term we have been learning about the water cycle.We learnt that there are four stages of the water cycle.

The four stages of the water cycle are evaporation,condensation,precipitation and run off

• Evaporation 1st 
• condensation 2nd 
• precipitation 3rd 
• and run off last.

The water cycle is important because it plays a big role in weather.

Calendar Art.

For Calendar Art this week we have learnt to blend with paint.I enjoyed painting but i found it difficult to get crisp lines.First we sketched an outline than we started at the top than worked ourselves down.

Hokey Pokey Writing.

For literacy this past three weeks we made hokey pokey and we wrote about it .I don't know the steps because I wasn't here when they made it  but I still got to taste it.So I can't say much.

Novel Study.

For literacy this past six week we have been learning about & reading about Novels.The book we are reading  is   All Because of Walter ,Written by Carol Krueger and,Illustrated by Mary Dahl Winton. This Is a Y chart and a book report of All because of Walter.I have learnt that characters could be real or made up.My favorite character is Kaysha because she has a lot of drama and she is the main actor .

 

Science - Elephant Toothpaste.

For Science 2 weeks ago we made Elephant Toothpaste I did Not make it Because I was  away.And now I'm still going to explain.

Rugby

How Sea Turtles grow into adults.

For literacy writing this week we are learning about how turtles grow into adults .it was really interesting.I found it hard to write down all the facts and didn't find anything easy.

Science - Change

For Chemical reaction this term I am starting to learn about science and change . This is what I found out today .What new information can you tell me.

Phonics Prefixes

For phonics this two terms we were given are crossword but the words weren't given on the paper.I found it difficult to find the words cause they weren't given and I didn't find anything easy.

Tree art

For art this week we are coloring in a picture with all four seasons.First the teachers explained what it was and what to do then we started making it.I found it difficult to color in and I didn't find anything easy.

Scissors.

For literacy this week we a learning about how use scissors I found it hard to add all the details and I didn't find anything easy.

Day of the dead work

For literacy this week we were split into to groups I chose Day of the dead and I learnt a lot . I found it hard to color them in  and didn't find anything easy at all. 22

Tattoo Meaning

For  Inquiry this past weeks we were split to in three separate groups and I was in visual arts.We first had to choose what we were going to do then we started drawing it then we were putting our reason why we chose it.I found It difficult to draw and I didn't find anything easy.

   

Hang Day : Belonging day

For Friday last week we didn't have winter sports because we had a hangi everyone was here .Mr Moriaty ,Mrs Harris and others woke up early in the morning to prepare  the Hangi Pit It was very delicous.

sleeping beuty

For literacy we have been writing a narrative.I wasn't here when they said you can make your own story so I just wrote about sleeping beauty.I found it difficult to find out what the problem will be but i found it easy to figure how  to solve the problem.

Feeling poems

For literacy this week we have been learning about poems we wrote a poem then we were challenged to do the opposite emotion.I found it enjoyable to do everything and I found it challenging to remember everything I learnt about poems in my old school.

What I Already Know About Chinese New Year.
